2. Once you've filled in the form and uploaded product photos, our quality team will contact you regarding your product. 

3. We will then arrange for a physical assessment of the product at your preferred address and also collect the product once it has been checked for any damages, defects or wear and tear. 

4. Once your product is approved, it will be uploaded to the site and you will receive an email notifying you on the same.

5. Once your product is sold, you will also be contacted via phone and email, afterwhich payment will be arranged for you.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

1. The TIRA Quality Team will also determine the final value of the product based on the quality and state of the product at the time it was collected from your preferred address.

2. Any repairs that we have to do on the product will be communicated to you and might bring down the total price at which you can sell your product for.

3. We have 5 tiers to assess the state of your product: 

   • Not resellable

   • Below Average 

   • Average Condition 

   • Very Good Condition 

   • Excellent Condition

4. Please understand it is difficult to prove to us that the item is a TIRA item unless you have an invoice for that particular product. If you do not have an invoice, we unfortunately cannot prove that the item was made by us and therefore cannot resell it on your behalf.
