We are still a small growing company with limited office staff and we work as hard as we can to get back to our customers with minimal delays. We typically respond to enquiries within 24 hours.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Our custom order process begins with a consultation so we can have a general understanding of what you envision for your particular piece. 

From there, a sketch or 3D image is formed that outlines the dimensions, design, and details of the item. 

The piece goes through our joinery carpenters, custom upholsterers, and then painters depending on what each particular piece calls for. 

After being reviewed  , the piece is photographed and sent to the customer to ensure that it is to their liking. After it is found to be satisfactory it is ready to be delivered.

We believe that no job is too big or too small, and we can accommodate any budget.
